The Georgia Association of Assessing Officials (GAAO) is a 501(c)6 Professional Organization of almost 1,600 appraisers, assessors, and other assessment professionals.
Our mission is to promote integrity and professionalism in assessment administration through education, leadership, and cooperation. We achieve our goals by providing numerous educational opportunities to our members throughout the year, both in person and on our website.
Our organization is governed by the GAAO Executive Board. Additionally, we have numerous committees providing support, information, networking opportunities & educational guidance.
